Therme Art carried out Jeppe Hein’s Today I Feel Like… workshop with 87 school children in Bucharest, Romania during spring 2024, as part of the ongoing project that offers young participants the tools to visually communicate their feelings.
As with previous workshops, the children in Bucharest began with a meditative breathing exercise to connect with their inner feelings. Guided by Jeppe Hein, the participants were encouraged to translate their emotions onto paper, creating their own watercolour self-portraits.
This particular collection of self-portraits from Bucharest adds to the larger body of work within the Today I Feel Like… project, capturing a snapshot of the diverse emotional states of these young individuals. By documenting and sharing these moments, the project continues to reflect the universal and ever-changing nature of human emotions.
